This property is located 5 minutes from Road 15 north and south entrances. An elementary school and high school are at close proximity and soon a sports complex with two ice rinks and a semi-olympic pool will be available. The city also offers two shopping centres which comprises several community services. Excellent restaurants are at a walking distance.
Beautiful country style property located five minutes walking distance from "Lac Rond" which offers private and municipal beaches. Also close to ski trails (cross-country and alpine) which convert to cycling trails in the summer period, including fat bike trails. At the heart of the city, at 5 to 10 minutes by car or by foot are located a modern cinema (8 halls), IGA and Metro grocery stores.
