Owners’ comments
New England style house at the end of a dead-end street, with two municipal services. Peaceful area. Easy to access, a few minutes from downtown Sainte-Adèle with its restaurants, cinema, lake, and all services. Beautiful large sloping lot overlooking the southern slope (courtyard side) of a hill with no neighbors in the back ... except for a few deer. A few steps from hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking trails, and the future "Loup Garou" municipal park.
Several renovations have been made in the last year: Repair of the French drain, insulation of the basement walls with urethane, kitchen, bathroom vanities, interior and exterior painting, patio door, basement door, gutters, and more.
Exposed beams to the open area of the dining room and living room, complete with a wood fireplace for those beautiful fall or chilly winter days.
The bedrooms are large and bright. Note that it is possible to change the walk-in to an additional bedroom because it has a very large window. The basement workshop with its door leading to the outside can very well serve as a playroom
