Lovely  Semi-detached townhouse (no fees)

 Situated in one of the BEST spots in the Laurentian,  with a cozy Chalet atmosphere.

Built on a small elevation, at the end of a Cul- de Sac quiet little street minutes walk to the lovely Mt Gabriel Hotel. This street ends in a large -parking lot, close to the house, there is plenty of space for visitors and for a third car.

After a few minutes walk you can find in the Hotel entertainment,s  restaurant,  summertime dancing with live music. Registering at the Hotel's Cub, one can play tennis, swim in their inside-outside pool, take exercise lessons winter and summer, play gulf, (entrance next to the house, ) enjoy their restaurant, Spa, and garden.
