Owners’ comments
Superb Quebecois house, pleasant to live in with beautiful windows and airy spaces, which leaves room for happiness. Newly changed doors and thermos, new aluminum front ramp and changed patio and ramps. Basement completely redone, oven wears out and new heat pump 2019. New pool from the last summer. Note the cabinet in the basement for the home theater and made by a cabinet maker is included in the sale. This house is impeccable Neighborhood with beautiful mature vegetation, a few steps from a park, waterfront (which allows ice fishing) bike path and a public boat descent. This district offers a good quality of life: walking and running are a joy to fellow citizens on a daily basis. A friendly and very respectful neighborhood where mutual aid is present.
