Beautiful condo on a dead-end road, very quiet and located close to all services; 10 minutes walk from the future REM station in Deux-Montagnes, buses, supermarkets, gyms, service stations, highway, banks, library, cycle path, elementary and high schools, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac aquatic complex, etc.
The condo has an air exchanger system, a central a vacuum, air conditioning, natural gas fireplace and wires ready to receive an alarm system. All rooms have a programmable heater controller (except the laundry room). The condo is Bell Fiber Optic ready, and you also have the option of cable if you prefer.
The condo was maintained very well and offers a lot of storage space. The living room is big and the patio allows for a lot of light. The master bedroom has a modern Ikea wardrobe closet which offers extra storage space. Tablets have been installed in the laundry room and every closet which gives extra storage. All floors are hardwood except for the kitchen and bathroom which have ceramic floors and the washing room which has a vinyl floor.
The water heater is a Rheem and was installed brand new on October 2016. Also, the condo was freshly painted last year.
We added tablets in the shed, allowing for extra storage space outside the condo.
There is one parking space included with an electrical connection. There is the possibility of a second parking and has spaces outside for visitors.
Included with the condo : Ceiling lights, blinds, Samsung dishwasher and the central vacuum.
