Beautiful cedar shingles house with private lake access to Lac Doré. Built in 2013. Close to everything you need (grocery, school, pharmacy, dentist, bistro, restaurant, shops and more).
Short walking distance from regional Park Dufresne / Far Hills and linear park Le Petit Train du Nord (cross-country ski, bike, climbing, hiking, fat bike, walks...).
Bike to town, enjoy the saturday market, festivals and 1001 pots.
Never worry about flooding in the spring as the house is built up on a rock above the street level and there is no damp basement . You can sleep and not worry about a pump breaking or water level rising ... so much worth it!!
