A beautiful piece of land on the top of a little mountain. The summit, not far from the road but still set back, is a well-cleared platform on which the house and garden can be built. Around this platform, there are magnificent rocks that can be wonderful natural decoration of the garden. They look like they dropped from the moon
Around this platform, a gentle slope leads to another platform surrounding the superior one and at road level. The driveway goes from there to the road and therefore is almost flat. it also offers a perfect visibility on the road on both sides. This platform below the superior one allows the house to have a basement with a door and even a window (practical for bikes and canoes)
Ideal environment for biking, hiking and skiing, not far from international yoga center, the property gives access to Lasalle Lake which is private to the owners of Boisés Champêtres.
All this is close by the beautiful village of Val-David.
