- From highway 15, take exit 76 towards Val-David / Val-Morin
Warning! Some navigation systems indicate to exit at Sainte-Adèle (Exit 72), which is not optimal.
- Follow route 117 to the second traffic light. Turn right on the main street of the village of Val-David (Rue de l'Église).
- Follow rue de l'Église for 2.8 km. Turn right on Montée Gagnon.
- 1.7 km later, you will arrive at the entrance to the domain. Turn right to enter Les Boisés Champêtres.

Conditions of purchase

The last step is to see a notary, who is generally chosen by the buyer. This real estate professional drafts the deed of sale and ensures that the interests of all parties involved are respected.
