Kitchen renovated in 2021, quartz contour top with space for bar stools. ceramic backsplash, new microwave with integrated fan, dishwasher (2016), oven, and refrigerator (2017). 

Renovated bathroom 2021, new vanity, mirror with integrated DEL lighting.  New ceramic shower and fan heater. 

Freshly repainted, new baseboards and baseboard heaters. New lights fixtures in all rooms, all electrical receptacles, and switches have been replaced. Gas fireplace, floor were sanded and oiled and some windows thermos (4) replaced. New heat pump installed in 2020. 

The roof was redone in 2019.
