4 ½, bright condo unit, 4th floor with indoor parking, Le Martingal. Spacious, open space corner unit . Close to the metro and many services.
Luxurious and very bright south-facing corner unit with excellent soundproofing in a much sought after area of Laval (downtown). With its 1,194 square feet, with ceiling 9 feet the unit has two good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. It has a full bathroom and a powder room. The kitchen is very functional with a large walk-in pantry and open to the dining room and living room. The living room has a gas fireplace and provides access to the outdoor terrace ( 12' 5" x 8' 10") which has a functional connection for a natural gas BBQ. For comfort, the unit has central air conditioning.
