Located in a croissant, in a quiet and homely neighborhood. It has a big backyard surrounded by a tall fence, has big trees, a garden, and a patio.
Near Schools, a library, multiple parks, and proximity services (grocery store, bank, drug store, local shops, gym).
Next to 3 bus routes going to a Laval subway.
Next to the Papineau bridge, 20 minutes from downtown.
- Bathroom renovated in 2019, the kitchen in 2020
- Fireplace in the living room/dining room
- 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs)
- Utility room (washing machine, storage, electric furnace)
- A shed 8 x 12
- Functioning heat pump, a bit old but working nonetheless! The gutters have to be replaced.
