Bungalow renovated and enlarged in 2014-15, there are now nearly 1,500 square feet on the ground floor excluding the accessible garage from inside the house. Lots of storage. Three bedrooms on the main floor, the possibility of converting the basement office into a 4th bedroom.

  4'x8' island. All the bottoms of kitchen cabinets are drawers on ball bearings with shock absorbers (except under the sink, and in front of seats). All cabinet doors are also fitted with shock absorbers.

• The dining room occupies the space that was previously used for both functions: kitchen and dining room. It is now much larger and more comfortable. We can easily accommodate 10 people seated there and continue to circulate around it.
• A walk-in pantry adjoining the kitchen that can accommodate a fridge. This room is currently used as a laundry room. The laundry room can easily be located in the basement (Electricity/plumbing/ventilation ready to receive).
