Prestige house with a breathtaking view located right on the Golf Course in the heart of Laval (Fabreville). Very nice and clean neighborhood surrounded by great neighbors.  This neighborhood is super quiet. Summer is awesome due to the backyard with BBQ afternoons, evenings with marvelous view and with colorful birds chirping around us. I bet we cannot find the same in many other houses.  No rear neighbors in the backyard. You have got more privacy.  

Laval is no more far from Montreal city. Easy access to highway 13, 15, 440 & 640. Close to all amenities, Super stores, Convenient store, Great schools, Private college. Only 20 minutes drive to the Montreal Trudeau Airport (YUL). 20 minutes drive to the Mirabel Airport (YMX).  

The house speaks by itself. The house is well maintained by us.  No work is required by the new owner. This lot has a potential for a future inground pool. It's a turn key house.
