Located in a family area near many services (parks, bank, grocery store, pharmacy, elementary and high school, restaurants, arena, library, ...), this charming house has great potential thanks to its many attractions: high ceilings, many antique moldings, large fenestration, independent laundry room and many versatile rooms. In addition, his double garage with pit and bench is an asset. Lilacs and other mature trees lining the backyard provide interesting privacy. A nice neighborhood makes the places very friendly.
