Superb top floor unit, wonderfully bright thanks to the abundant windows. The rear of the unit overlooks a quiet pedestrian pathway lined with mature trees.

Southwest facing sunroom opens onto a good size patio. Dining room with bay window combines with the living room, both of which benefit from 9ft ceiling.

Note that all of the condo's wondows (aside from the bedrooms) are fitted with Calafornian style shutters, which add a lot of character to the rooms.
