Beautiful condominium near a golf course close to Bromont Village!!!
Only 5 km on foot from downtown Bromont, shopping, restaurants, church, library, schools, bank, and even close to bike trail, hiking trails, park and playground, Highway 10, gas stations, ski resort, spas, etc.
Construction 2005; in a building of 8 units, 4 on each floor, well maintain weekly, part of a 7 buildings surrounding a private garden (with his own syndicate), with trails, gazebo and pergola, pétanque court, 2 pounds with fountains, fire pit and beautiful beautiful flowers all summer long.
The size of the condominium is 1,085 square feet with a cement patio and a wooden sundeck with cedars for more privacy, direct access to the gorgeous gardens from the deck!!!!
