Superb 2 floor condo located in the L section of Brossard, walking distance from Quartier DIX30 and close to the upcoming REM train station. The construction of high quality done by Groupe Habitation Signature provides a good level of sound proofing.

The first floor is open, spacious and has great lighting. It includes a modern kitchen with a large island,  dinning room, half-bathroom and living room. It also includes a nice gas fire place and a brick wall giving a warm aspect to the room.

The lower floor includes two rooms of great size which both have a closet (walk-in closet for the master bedroom) with full size windows which brings a lot of natural light. This floor also includes a full bathroom with an independent shower. Across the hall there's easy and practical access to the washer and dryer. All the closets are well organize which makes it easy and efficient to store items.

The large covered balcony gives access to the private yard which is surrounded by mature cedars providing a nice feeling of privacy. At the bottom of the stairs you have a very nice patio which can hold a full patio set and the access to the pool. There's also no direct neighbors at the back.

The garage is deep and private and has a lot of space for both a car and storage.
