Owners’ comments
Totally renovated townhouse. Located near the new REM, 132 and Champlain Mall this house is located in a very quiet area. The bus route runs right past the house. The kitchen completely renovated a few years ago with a quartz countertop, an integrated oven, and a hidden dishwasher. There are Ogee everywhere in the house. The master bedroom is of good size and with lots of storage. The ground floor and the second floor are covered with wooden floors with a metal ramp. The roof was redone in 2016 and several windows have changed. The adjoining exterior brick facing has been redone and the slime joints have been removed. The asphalt entrance was redone in 2018. A full bathroom was added to the basement in 2016 with a ceramic shower. Several improvements over time. Very well maintained house. Natural gas heating. Large storage in the basement can be used as a shed and there is an independent entrance in the basement. Prime location. Inclusions in the sale without legal warranty = Dishwasher, built-in oven, hob, light fixtures, blinds.
