Beautiful family home...!
CANDIAC... EXCELLENT LOCATION...
Only 15 minutes from the NEW Champlain Bridge and new highways 15/30 and only 10 minutes from the Ste-Catherine locks on the St-Lawrence Sea Way. Direct bus and rail transportation to downtown Montreal. Candiac is a town known for its mature trees, well developed municipal parks, excellent bicycle paths and a very quiet and cozy neighborhood. House is within walking distance from parks, schools, pharmacies, public transportation, services and restaurants.
