Spacious loyalist house (1889). Located on a large lot close to services and facilities.
Sturdy construction. Original cedar siding on stone foundation (no water infiltration in the basement). Burgundy steel roof (2009). Large roofed balcony on tow side of the house.
Permaculture garden in development, mature trees among maples (enough to produce a self-sufficient quantity of maple syrup), oak, small fruit trees and bushes, vegetable garden.
