Very nice condo with lots of windows on 3 facades that allows an exceptional and constant brightness in the "old Greenfield Park". Located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet residential street with mature trees surrounded by a cedar hedge and fence. One outdoor parking space.
Proximity: hospital, emergency clinic, schools, CPE, all services (shops, library,...), parks, swimming pools, cycle path... Quick access to major highways, 3 bridges and downtown Montreal, public transport (bus to Longueuil Metro and downtown Montreal via the reserved track).
