Very nice bungalow and very interesting view the possibility to rent rooms to students of CÉGEP and/or ENA (13 minutes from home by car).
A primary school is a 10-minute walk away: École aux Mille Fleurs.
The bus passes at the door of my home: La 5 (to Longueuil metro station), the 9 and the 60 that goes to the Promenades Saint-Bruno (5 minutes from home) and the Panama terminal in Brossard.

The outdoor courtyard has been renovated since 2018 as well as the shed. It is entirely in plain pavé. There is a place for perennials and/or small vegetable garden. It remains to finalize the patio (black aluminum ramps and close the sides of the patio: This is at my expense regarding the patio).
There is a water conditioner (very fresh water) + reverse osmosis water tap installed at my kitchen tap, so no need to buy bottled water. There is also central air conditioning in the house.
The house has always been very well maintained, renovations made entirely in the basement to suit the needs of students: Full kitchen, large shower 5 feet in bathroom.

Très joli bungalow et très intéressant vue la possibilité de louer des chambres à des étudiants du CÉGEP et/ou ENA (à 13 minutes de chez moi en auto).
Une école primaire est située à 10 minutes de marche : École aux Mille Fleurs.
L'autobus passe à la porte de chez moi : La 5 (allant jusqu'à la station métro Longueuil), la 9 et la 60 qui se rend jusqu'aux Promenades Saint-Bruno (à 5 minutes de chez moi) et au terminus Panama de Brossard.

La cour extérieure est rénovée depuis 2018 ainsi que le cabanon. Elle est entièrement en pavé uni. Il y a une place pour des vivaces et/ou petit potager. Il reste à finaliser le patio (rampes en aluminium noir et fermer les côtés du patio : Ceci est à mes frais concernant le patio).
Il y a un conditionneur d'eau (eau très douce) + un robinet d'eau à osmose inversée installée à mon robinet de cuisine, donc plus besoin d'acheter d'eau embouteillée. Il y a aussi un air climatisé central dans la maison.
La maison a toujours été très bien entretenue, rénovations faites en entier au sous-sol pour convenir aux besoins des étudiants : Cuisine complète, grande douche de 5 pieds dans salle de bain.
En résumé, cette maison est vraiment intéressante, car elle est située près de tout et est très fonctionnelle. Tout près de la 116, l'autoroute 30, 12 minutes du Quartier Dix30. À moins de 20 minutes de l'Hôpital Pierre-Boucher en auto.
