Located in the Faubourg Cousineau in St-Hubert, a growing LEED district. Construction of 2020 by DMI, GCR building warranty for 5+ years. Proximity to REM, DIX30, and Promenades St-Bruno. EXCELLENT brightness and light inside the condo all day long thanks to its location. Second floor, with superb insulation.
MAGNIFICENT unit 4 ½ with 2 bedrooms and underground garage. The way the condo is divided provides a spacious open area well defined to allow perfect locations of furniture while allowing easy movement through the condo as well as a clean area.
