Immediate occupancy
You want to live in a residential environment, quiet but close to all services, I'm offering you my magnificent open concept condo located in Quartier Vauquelin 2 in the St-Hubert district in Longueuil.
The condo is very large for a 3 1/2, light is abundant throughout. Lots of storage. You can place your furniture easily and from all directions. The balcony is also very large, you can easily install a table for 6, a BBQ and even add a small urban garden. It is distanced from others for more privacy. The management of the condos is exceptional. It is always very clean and the people are courteous and friendly. I have loved living here for 5 years.
