Nice bungalow, well maintained, perfect for a couple, with one or two kids or none.
Close to everything: schools, parks, stores, market, hospital, entertainment, bus (8, 28, 71, 88), etc.
Closed backyard and respectful neighborhood.
In 2008, a French drain has been installed and the roof was rebuilt in 2010.
Basement (6'2''), electricity, plumbing, and bathroom (with the heating floor), all rebuilt in 2013.
The patio door and the water heater are new and the gutters (plastic) will be replaced by new ones (aluminum) by to the end of April.
