Beautiful triplex located in a quiet residential area and close to all services. It has been very well maintained over the years. The tenants are peaceful and respectful. Leases valid until 2021.

All costs are the responsibility of the tenants except for snow removal.

The roof was redone in 2015 (date to be checked) and the windows are original.

The 1200 (basement) was completely renovated in 2019, the 1202 (floor) in 2018, and the 1204 (ground floor) in 2016.

The hot water tanks were changed at the same time as the renovations of the respective apartments.
