Very nice property that is located directly on the waterfront of the river Richelieu (waterway) in Sainte-Anne de Sabrevois, 46 feet of shore, completely new, built in 2012. The land was elevated by 3 feet to immune it in case of flooding.

Building is 26.8' x 22.8', attached carport 30' x 10', two bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, two living rooms (possible to change one of the living rooms into a bedroom).

The basement is a crawlspace of 3 feet high, accessible through stairs in a wardrobe. The foundation is new from 2012, includes two balcony and a carport in attached concrete. Septic system is a new Bionest 2012, surface well of 30 feet deep new in 2012.
