Bungalow bungalow of beautiful architecture (steep roof and turret) on a 38,000 sq.ft lot on a street corner with excellent views of Mount Shefford . The house is located in a very quiet area 10 minutes from downtown Granby and 12 minutes from that of Bromont.
Lots of extras included: Frigidaire stove, fridge and dishwasher, refrigerator in the basement, balcony and gazebo patio sets, front and rear garden hoses, all light fixtures, blinds and curtains, gas BBQ, dehumidifier and many more.
The roof and kitchen (quartz countertops) were redone in spring 2015. The windows in the living room and kitchen were replaced in 2019.
There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with therapeutic bath on the main floor and a bedroom in the basement with a powder room. The entrance, kitchen and bathroom are ceramic, the rest of the main floor is hardwood. The living room under the turret is thirteen feet tall and has a gas fireplace . The house has a central vacuum cleaner. The whole is very bright thanks to a very generous fenestration.
