Owners’ comments
English style cottage, located in a residential and family area near Golf Les Dunes. Nestled on the edge of a forest, the environment is quiet and private due to only one adjoining neighbor. Highway 30 is nearby and allows quick access to the metropolis or to several amenities.
As for the basement, it is semi-finished with an enclosed room fitted out as a home theatre and a direct passage to the garages.
A major asset of the property is that it has a room for commercial use (or bi-generation). It has a private entrance and a shower room.
