Very beautiful detached house was built in 2015, still under warranty by construction company. This house is a corner unit without back neighbors and right side is small paving park. Very quiet and safe area. It is just 2 minutes to Ste-Catherine train station and from this station, only 18 minutes to downtown's Vendome station.
