Améliorations: Planchers de bois franc sablés et vernis en 2015, agrandissement de la chambre du sous-sol et ajout d'une salle de bain au sous-sol en 2015. Chauffe-eau changé en 2015.
Ajout d'une haie de cèdres et installation d'un gazébo avec lumières DEL (inclue dans la vente) sur la deuxième galerie en 2016.
