The building is secured by video surveillance, 2 elevators, concierge on site, exterior inground heated swimming pool and tennis. The building is very well managed, many improvements were made to maintain the full value of the property (roof redone in 2009, French drain redone in 2012, common areas decorations redone in 2015).

Condo fees include: heating, electricity, hot water and common areas air conditioning.
