Owners’ comments
Waterfront bungalow, 27' X 44', including the garage.
This property is located second last from the dead-end, providing a very quiet neighborhood, and a view not only at the canal but also at the Richelieu River. A concrete alley gives access to an exterior fire pit, and more importantly to the private boat dock. Two large balconies are installed on the north, and east side, offering sunny and shadowed sections, where the canal and the Richelieu River are facing.
The house is in great condition, so it is ready to move in. The roof, the windows, the support structure of the floor (in the sanitary space), the paving of both driveways, and the electrical distributing panel have all been done lately. The regular bath/shower installation has been replaced by a low threshold shower, equipped with support rods, and a bench for a reduced mobility person.
A lot of storage space is available both in the house and in the garage. Moreover, a shed "cabanon" type, offers more storage capacity for marine and/or fishing equipment.
To choose this property is to choose a life quality, and that's something not to be missed.
