Nice 450 bungalow, superbly located in the heart of Sainte-Julie. This house saw the growth of three beautiful children who each found their bedroom, a large playroom, a swimming pool, a teen lounge, a cabin in the tree. Within walking distance of the CPE, the elementary school, the park, the library and many other services, the house is located in a quiet and caring, but lively neighborhood.
The two bathrooms were renovated in 2018, including the one in the basement which is also used as a laundry room.
The large courtyard on the corner of the street is mature and wooded. The cedar hedge offers beautiful privacy, the apple tree spoils us with its flowers in spring and the maple with its colors in autumn. The sun finds its way there at any time of the day.

Cette maison a vu grandir trois beaux enfants qui y ont trouvé chacun leur chambre, une grande salle de jeu, une piscine, un salon d'ados, une cabane dans l'arbre. La grande cour en coin de rue est mature et boisée. La haie de cèdres offre une belle intimité, le pommier nous gâte de ses fleurs au printemps et l'érable de ses couleurs à l'automne. Le soleil y trouve son chemin à toute heure de la journée.
Il est possible d'occuper rapidement la maison.
