Family friendly and peaceful area 5 minutes walk from the primary school and a short walk from Ringuet Park and a bus stop.
There are several services nearby: convenience store, pharmacy, grocery stores, daycares, public transit, bikepaths and Parc du Mont-Saint-Bruno. The park-and-ride lot is less than 4 km (bus to the Longueuil metrostation) and 30 minutes from downtown Montreal via the A20 and A30 highways.
The house has 2 bedrooms on ground floor, a large open area with a spacious solid wood kitchen, a living room with cathedral ceiling and a wood fireplace. The bathroom has a heated floor, a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a vanity with two sinks and was renovated less than 2 years ago.
