With its numerous large windows and 10-foot ceilings, the rooms are spacious and illuminated. Splendid sunsets and spectacular seasonal view on the mountains add to its charm.

This homes unique style is attributable to the perfect mix of antique and modern components, all of top-quality materials and built with the utmost care. All floors are of cherrywood with the exception of a part of the basement where the cork flooring adds a complementary touch. All of the windows are of pine with aluminum exterior.

There is ample and well-disposed storage space throughout the house.

The guest suite at the garden level is lovely and spacious and equipped with its own private bathroom and its own access to the terrace in back, thus providing an intimate space for your guests.

Sutton offers a wide variety of sites and activities for amateurs of outdoor sports throughout the year (biking, skiing and hiking) as well as a wide spectrum of cultural activities (galleries, theater, an annual Jazz Festival, etc.).
