Location, location, location!  Everything you need from groceries, pharmacy, dry cleaners, schools, parks and transportation are no more than a 5min walk away. The new light electric rail line (REM) that connects all of Greater Montreal, including the international airport, will have a station right next door (Huge!).  All of Montreal's main attractions like museums, Old Port, Place des Arts, Place Ville Marie, Atwater Market, Bell Centre, St. Catherine street shopping and all the trendy restaurants are no more than a 15min walk.  You will never need a car.
