Owners’ comments
Cottage located in the nicest area of Lachine. This is a sunny house with no neighbors in the back. The land of good size is fenced and has mature trees. There are two storage sheds and a big terrace in protected wood.
Several renovations were done in the past, like a solarium that lets the sun in from noon till dusk. The solarium extension includes a basement.
The area is easily accessible via highways 20 and 13. It is located at 5 km from the Montreal Trudeau airport and at around 20 minutes by car from downtown.
The buses are at 250 meters and commuter trains are at 1 km away. Several STM buses are on Victoria St. Buses 196, 356, 495, 496, Express to Lionel-Groulx and Angrignon metro stations.
The Lachine bike path and lakeshore are at 350 meters away.
All commercial services are one street away and at 1 km. There are many schools and parks very close by.
The stove, lights, blinds and drapes are included in the sale. The vanity is excluded from the sale.
It is possible to purchase the house with furniture. The electric appliances and furniture are sold separately.
