For sale, condo very well maintained, located in the popular Mile-End district.
This condo is on the 1st floor (above the ground floor), of a divided co-ownership of 6 apartments, in a non-smoking building.
It is very bright, oriented east-west, and has a private parking space at the back, valuable in the neighborhood.
Exceptional location, a stone's throw from Mount Royal and close to all essential shops:
Bakeries (including Première Moisson bakery at the foot of the building), 4 banks in the area, a florist, a large grocery store P.A and P.A Nature (organic), bars, numerous restaurants, several pharmacies, Bagel bakeries, ice cream parlors, clothing stores, library, bookstore (Renaud-Bray), dentists, vets, school, gyms...
In the immediate vicinity of Laurier, du Parc, and St-Laurent streets, very commercial and very well served by public transport (direct bus line for the "Laurier" metro, the University of Montreal, and Place des Arts ).
There are 3 closed rooms in the condo (a rarity in the Mile-end) that can be occupied as 3 real bedrooms, or used as an office space, TV room, yoga space...
The condo also has a large balcony/terrace where it is good to garden and eat outside in summer.
