The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Everything is done on foot. Les Petits Lauriers elementary school and daycare are nearby.The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2010.
The stairs and their structures are made of welded aluminium and the rear balcony is made of fiberglass, all of which were replaced in 2009
The high-quality front door and windows (Dimension) were installed in 2013.
