Very bright corner condo unit with large windows on three sides providing lots of natural light.
Three good sized bedrooms, allowing flexible furnishings. Lots of storage, walk-in closet in the master bedroom and large wardrobes in each of the other bedrooms, as well as, storage space within the condo unit.
Very functional kitchen, lots of storage space, large sink with pull-down faucet, microwave space within cabinets that leaves for more countertop space, dishwasher, large fridge area (34.5X71), pull-out spice drawer, quartz countertop, ceramic tile backsplash and floor.
New vanity and faucet in the bathroom, white stone countertop, ceramic tile floor. Ceramic tiles all the way up to the ceiling in the bath-shower area with glass panel screen, rain showerhead with various settings.
Wall-mounted AC.
Located at ground level with access to a backyard with beautiful landscaping. Private patio area entrance from the backyard to the condo unit. BBQ allowed.
