Location, Location, Location! Brand new 1 bedroom condo situated in front of Greenline subway station Charlevoix, 3 stations to downtown Concordia university, bus 107 downstairs to Mcgill university directly.  Two minutes walk to IGA supermarket, Atwater market, Canal Lachine. 

Excellent choice for who wants the convenience of living in the city while having fun for different kinds of activities in nature such as kayaking, running, biking, walk along the waterfront.
