Beautiful open space with 9-foot ceilings and well divided with two large closed bedrooms. The laboratory-style kitchen is very functional with a lot of work surface. Brick and concrete walls give a unique and warm style to both the living room and the office area. European style bathroom with bath and shower with ceramic walls and floor. Stacked washer and dryer hidden in a closet to avoid loss of space.
