Corner Condo, Lots of Natural Light
The condo is much larger in person, the pictures do not capture how large this space really is.
Situated on the 3rd floor of a traditional Greystone building, the condo is on a corner, with 2 balconies, and 7 windows. The open plan living allows for maximum natural light, and airflow through the North and West facing walls.
Both balconies have their own large leafy trees which allow for privacy without compromising natural light.
The building was constructed in 1910 and renovated in 2004.
We lived in the property for 6 years before renting for 2 years. The property is now available.
We have lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and enjoy Marché Maisonneuve, Parc Morgan, Promenade Ontario, and Pac Maisonneuve.
The roof was replaced in 2020 and the building has been well maintained by a proactive condo community. The condo community is a financially responsible group; ensuring funds are invested into the building's maintenance correctly with minimal waste.
