Spacious enough for a family

Well situated and well-managed condo minutes from the train station, daycares, schools, and highway. Close to an express bus line to downtown and within walking distance of East Beach. A large park with play areas is located just around the corner.

Built in 2002 and with over 1,200 sq. ft. of living space, it features private front and back entrances. The separate closed entrance hall leads to an open area where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are located. French doors lead to a terrace oriented towards the sunset. Doors and windows are equipped with cascade blinds, except for the back door window. 

The floors are hardwood for some and ceramic for others. A wall-mounted air conditioning and a propane fireplace are included in the living room. A large laundry room offers storage, central vacuuming and a refrigerator water hookup. 

The updated bathroom features a double whirlpool tub and a ceramic glass shower equipped with a thermostatic shower column.

The three bedrooms are located at the back of the building and the space is bright and very comfortable. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet.

The private garage offers an indoor parking space and a second outdoor parking space in front of the latter. An additional indoor private locker is accessible by the garage.

The shingle rooftop, the rear balcony covers and the front railing were changed in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
