Owners’ comments
Sunny and very bright condo, 2 bedrooms, laundry room with built-in storage, beautiful large sun terrace in the backyard, secure garage with electric door opener and storage space in the basement.
New floors in the living room and in the laundry room, fresh paint in the living room and in the bathroom. The electric water heater replaced in 2015.
Good management of the building and several improvements and maintenance work done; quality patio doors and crank windows, balcony railings, aluminium siding, roofing, garage entry, etc.
Within walking distance of all services; grocery stores, pharmacies, polyclinic, Walmart, Canadian Tire, restaurants, elementary and secondary schools, parks, arena, bike path and more.
