Located in a very beautiful residential and green area of Verdun. Dream property for those who like to live in the city while remaining in contact with nature. No need for a car (no more waste of money and time in gasoline and traffic jams) to get to the many shops, restaurants, and pubs in a trendy and bustling neighborhood, considered by Time Out as "Montreal's coolest neighborhood" in 2020 and the eleventh "coolest" neighborhood in the World (the only Canadian neighborhood on the list). The Plateau, Rosemont and the South-West do not have the assets of Verdun.
