Beautiful CONDO 4 1/2, corner unit (windows in 2 directions), Ville-Marie, near Lafontaine Park, Notre-Dame Hospital, Jacques-Cartier Bridge, Papineau subway station, Beaudry subway station and Berri-UQAM subway station at walking distance.

Bus Line 125 on Ontario Street also very convenient. Indoor parking also included, the space is spacious enough for a car and a motorcycle. A private storage space (3 ft x 8 ft) right outside the condo is also included.

The rooms are very spacious as well as the closets. The condo is located on the topmost floor, so it is very quiet. The entrance walk-in closet 4 ft x 4 ft is very spacious and convenient.

The floors were sanded in July 2020, they are like new.

The condo is located on a corner: the windows are oriented in 2 directions allowing lots of natural light.
