Owners’ comments
TURNKEY CONDO, CHARMING AND VERY PRACTICAL FOR PEDESTRIANS:
- Berri-UQAM metro station, hospital, IGA grocery store, shops, restaurants, and parks at 7 minutes walk
- national library, CEGEP, and university 10 minutes away
- chinatown, entertainment district, and Old Port 15 minutes away
- cycle path ("La Route verte") at the corner of the street.
And yet this condo is on a quiet street !!
