Nice bungalow well located on a large wooded 2.5-acre lot surrounded by a charming stream. Ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility. Part of the land continues in the forest behind the house for nice walks in the woods. The house has large windows on the ground floor as well as in the basement offering a lot of light.
The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood (distant neighbors, cul-de-sac). No neighbor in the back and in the front. Surrounded by the calm of nature but 2 minutes from amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants) and only 10 minutes from Gatineau.
